CRA Agenda 04.15 24CRA Agenda 03 12 24The CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency) is a public body corporate and politic established by the City of Bowling Green on October 13th of 2015 which operates under F.S. Chapter 163, Part III and F.S. Chapter 189. It is a dependent special district of the City whereas the City Commission serves as the board. Its public purpose is to eliminate blight within its area and provide for the redevelopment, conservation, rehabilitation, or combination thereof of such areas in the City of Bowling Green. The CRA provides financial assistance to the City with the purpose of redeveloping property and improving public infrastructure.

The Board of Directors of the City of Bowling Green Community Redevelopment Agency (the Board) will hold public meetings on the second Tuesday of every month, as needed, immediately following the regular City Commission monthly meetings.

Meetings are held at the Commission Chambers located at 104 East Main Street, Bowling Green, FL 33834.
Pursuant to Section 286.0107, Florida Statutes, as amended, the Board hereby advises that if any interested person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, he will need a record of the proceeding and that, for such purposes, he may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
